Following feedback from customers, we have decided to make ordering from us more transparent and easier than before. We have updated our checkout experience and will be shipping U.S. orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). What this means is the price you see at checkout is the final price you’ll pay. No surprise customs charges, added import fees, or tariffs when your watch arrives.

IMPORTANT: if you return your watch, any import duties or fees we’ve covered will be deducted from your refund, as the fees have already been retained by the U.S. government, we’re unable to reclaim these charges.

COURIER SERVICE
All orders to the U.S will be shipped via FedEx.

PLEASE NOTE: U.S. customs may require a Social Security Number, Tax ID, or other personal information to complete delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to bypass this process, and failure to provide it (if requested) may result in the parcel being returned to us at your own cost.
