WARRANTY
Our warranty protects the ORIGINAL OWNER for a period of 24 MONTHS from the date of purchase of the watch, from any failure as a result of original manufacturing defect. During this period the defective watch will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Defects caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper service are not covered by this warranty, nor is NAMICA Watches responsible for incidental or consequential damage of any kind.
SERVICING & REPAIRS
Due to a change in management, Horologium will no longer support after-sales service for partner brands. For all servicing and repair requests, please contact us directly using this form.
NAMICA can only support repair requests from the original owner. Your Order Number MUST match the name given at time of purchase.
