Preorder Terms
CANCELLATIONS
We strongly discourage any cancellations as your preorder is part of a custom order placed with our manufacturer on your behalf. If you wish to cancel your preorder, you will need to reach out to us using our CONTACT FORM.
IMPORTANT
To be eligible for your preorder refund, you must accept the refund deductions as outlined below:
During Preorder Window
-5% for card processing fees
After Preorder Window
-15% to cover associated costs
NO RETURNS
Due to the tighter margins of our discounted preorder items, we cannot accept returns.
ALL PREORDERS will NOT be eligible for refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturer's defect. We are a small company that stands behind our products, but we reserve the right to refuse any return not due to defect.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
We will always advertise across our website the estimated delivery month for every preorder campaign. Typically this will be approximately 4 months after the preorder window closes.
IMPORTANT: Potential unexpected delays can occur during production/delivery. We will notify you of any delays as soon as we are made aware.
PROGRESS UPDATES
We DO NOT provide progress update for preorder campaigns, as these are not common outside of crowdfunding platforms. We also want to avoid sending too many emails that may then result in being detected as spam.
However, we will send out communications should the preorder face any delays. Thank you for your understanding.
