We use FedEx as our main courier for majority of deliveries. However we reserve the right to switch to an alternative service depending on your location.

We ship out of Japan. For products in stock, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipping.

IMPORT FEES

IMPORTANT: Prices listed do not cover any taxes, duties, and fees that may be levied by your customs/border authority upon delivery. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, as charges vary around the world. Any shipping fees, duties, and taxes paid are non-refundable.

NON-PAYMENT OF IMPORT FEES
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to not paying the customs charge levied by the destination's border authority, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier, and therefore your order is not eligible for a refund.

Orders that are not received by the recipient and sent back will be deducted the return shipping fee AND all related courier processing fees.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you have placed an order with a P.O. box address, we will have the right to cancel and refund you (minus 10% Shopify + payment processing fee).
