NAMICA are pleased to announce we are now partnering with a local fulfilment centre based in Washington to ship your timepiece to you within the United States.

A flat fee of $35 will be added at checkout to cover fulfilment costs. No additional surprise customs charges, added import fees, or tariffs when your watch arrives.

COURIER SERVICE
All U.S. deliveries will be shipped via UPS 3 Day Select with Signature Required. Tracking number will be provided.


DELIVERY TIMELINES

In Stock U.S. Inventory: Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed.

Stock Located in Japan: If an order is placed for stock that is located in Japan, you will need to wait for us to redirect your order to our U.S. fulfilment centre.

Preorder: Your order will still ship according to our estimated delivery timeline as advertised during our preorder campaign. Potential unexpected delays can occur during production/delivery. We will notify you of any delays as soon as we are made aware.



PLEASE NOTE: Our fulfilment centre is based in Washington, therefore Washington Residents will be subject to local taxes, automatically applied by Shopify's payment processor at checkout.

IMPORTANT: if you return your watch, the fulfilment fee will be deducted from your refund, as the fee has already been retained by our fulfilment centre, we’re unable to reclaim these charges.
