We can only accept returns if the watch is in new, unworn condition, with the plastic wrap still on the bracelet.

Our policy begins 14 days after your tracking number indicates delivery. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This only applies to new products purchased directly from www.namicawatches.com. ​

The return shipping fee for Return/Replacement items will not be covered by NAMICA Watches.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, bracelet and clasp must remain unsized. It must also be in the original packaging with all the plastic wrapping still intact.
